At Lunan Machine, we understand that exceptional precision cannot be built on a mediocre foundation. That is why all Lunan CNC lathes and machining centers begin with high-grade, naturally aged Meehanite cast iron, cured to relieve internal metallurgical stress before rough machining.
Our heavy horizontal flat-bed lathes, 45-degree slant bed turning centers, and 3-axis/4-axis vertical machining centers are relied upon daily by automotive transmission lines, aircraft component subcontractors, mold and die makers, and heavy oilfield threading operations.
By maintaining strict vertical manufacturing integration—from bed casting and induction guideway hardening to spindle dynamic balancing and CNC electrical cabinet wiring—we maintain absolute control over quality and cost.
Our Quality Principles
- Renishaw Laser: 100% of all ballscrews and linear guide rails are inspected with Renishaw dual-frequency laser interferometers.
- Spindle Balance: Every cartridge spindle undergoes multi-speed dynamic balance testing (< G0.4) for vibration-free cutting.
- 72h Burn-In: Continuous 72-hour non-stop dry-run simulation prior to final acceptance and export packing.
- Seaworthy Crate: Heavy vacuum sealed barrier bags with vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI) inside bolted wooden export crates.
